By checking this box, I grant That Very Moment LLC permission to reproduce, publish, and display my delivered images in portfolios, websites, social media, galleries, and other promotional materials. Clients may not edit, filter, watermark, or otherwise alter the delivered images without written permission. If you do not want your images used on our website, social media, or other marketing materials, please do not check this box and contact That Very Moment LLC immediately so your request can be documented.

That Very Moment LLC will take all reasonable steps to provide high-quality services and to safeguard captured images; however, in the unlikely event that images are lost, stolen, corrupted, or destroyed due to equipment malfunction, memory card failure, technical error, or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a refund of all payments made by the client under this agreement. The photographer shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or emotional damages, including but not limited to loss of memories, loss of opportunity, or additional expenses incurred by the client. By checking the box, the client agrees that this refund shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any failure or breach related to the services provided:

That Very Moment LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, fire, natural disaster, venue restrictions, acts of God, or other emergencies. In such cases, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement photographer or otherwise refund payments made.

That Very Moment LLC is not responsible for compromised coverage due to interference from guests, venue restrictions, late arrival of the client or participants, or failure of the client to provide clear instructions regarding requested images. The client will be charged a late fee of $25 if they arrive beyond 15 minutes after their scheduled session time

Your gallery includes high-resolution digital images with a print release, so you may print your photos for personal use at no additional cost. For the best print quality and color accuracy, I recommend using Mpix.com. Please be sure to download the full-resolution images from your gallery before printing. That Very Moment LLC is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from screenshots, preview images, improperly downloaded files, or prints made from anything other than the original high-resolution downloads.
